Raffle in aid of Raflub platform development. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

Operator: Mr F R Collins t/as RRROOOAAARRR Metal Karaoke ("the Promoter").

1. The promotion

This is a prize competition raffle operated by Mr F R Collins t/as RRROOOAAARRR Metal Karaoke ("the Promoter"). Proceeds fund the development of the Raflub platform (raflub.com), which provides free raffle tooling to charities.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not enter.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Open to UK residents only.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate households may not enter.
• One free-entry (AMOE) submission per person; paid entries are unlimited within published ticket tiers.

3. Free entry route (AMOE)

A genuine free-entry route is provided at no cost to the entrant, on exactly the same terms as paid entries. Free entries carry equal weight in the draw. No purchase is necessary.

4. How to enter

• Paid entry: select a ticket tier at rrroooaaarrr.com/raffle and complete payment.
• Free entry: complete the free-entry form with a valid email address and phone number.

Entries are only valid when the entry form is complete and (for paid entries) payment has cleared.

5. Draw

The draw will be made online on Monday 2nd November at 8pm using independently verifiable random selection. Results are final. Winners will be notified by email (and SMS where a phone number was provided) within 24 hours of the draw.

If a prize is unclaimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may re-draw that prize.

6. Prizes

Prizes are the items described and pictured on the raffle page. Images are illustrative; items are second-hand collectables from a private collection and are supplied as seen. No cash alternative is offered, and prizes are non-transferable.

Prizes may be collected in person or posted at the Promoter's discretion; postage to UK addresses is free. Overseas shipping may not be available for all items.

7. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by the payment provider indicated at checkout. The Promoter does not store card details. Entries may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the draw has not yet taken place.

8. Publicity

Winner names may be published unless the entrant selected "keep me anonymous". No other personal data is published.

9. Liability

The Promoter's liability for any claim arising from this raffle is limited to the value of the entry fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Data

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle where necessary (including extending the draw date), with notice given on the raffle page where reasonably practicable. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
