Who we are
Mr F R Collins t/as RRROOOAAARRR Metal Karaoke ("we") is the promoter of this raffle, operated with raffle software provided by Raflub. For data-protection questions, contact raffle@rrroooaaarrr.com.
What we collect
- Name — to identify you if you win and on the public winners list (unless you chose to be anonymous).
- Email address — to send your entry confirmation, invoice/receipt, and winner notification.
- Phone number — to notify winners by SMS.
- Entry details — ticket tier, payment status and reference number.
We do not collect or store card numbers; payments are handled by the payment provider under their own privacy policy.
Why we process it (lawful basis)
- Contract — to run the raffle you entered, issue confirmations and receipts, and deliver prizes.
- Consent — to send you marketing about future RRROOOAAARRR events, only if you opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us.
- Legal obligation — record-keeping for the raffle where required.
How long we keep it
Entry records are kept for 12 months after the draw for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. Marketing consent records are kept until consent is withdrawn.
Who we share it with
- Raflub — the platform operating this raffle engine, as data processor.
- Payment provider — to process your payment (they receive your payment details directly, not your entry).
- Email/SMS providers — solely to deliver confirmations and winner notifications.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access your data, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing. Email raffle@rrroooaaarrr.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. A single browser-storage entry remembers your light/dark theme preference; that is all.
Referral links
Where you use a friend's referral link, the link contains a code that attributes your entry for reward purposes. The link owner sees only that their code was used — never your name, email or any contact details.
